Below are the discussion points.

1. Mention existing Booking Date in MOU without any condition. 

2. Add paid amount in MOU.

3. 5% Construction Agreement was not mentioned in my old MOU. Who will pay 

4. Please add one more clause “If second party is going for Home Loan than rest of payment will be based on Bank nomes.

5. Amenities Clarification: What are the amenities you are going to provide us

6. Clarification on “INDEMNITY CLAUSE” clause 3(C.)

7. Floor plan construction area is bigger than plot size.

Looks like Janvi has left Dreamz couple of days back. Another change in CRM going forward ...:-)

We will meet with the COO in the first week of January.
Couple of points:-
1. Did Manisha communicated as what she was saying that they will send us the communication within next 5 days?
2. If anyone of you has Manisha's number can we talk to her and ask about it.

Hi Guys, this Fridayl I called Jhanvi for allotment letter and there is a new CRM answering me about the document I fell Jhanvi left Dreamz.  She said I can expect the allotment letter by Tuesday. Did any of you guys got the allotment letter ?

Happy New Year
I had a discussion with Manisha & she had put forward our issues and also asked him [Mr Sachin ] for an appointment & as per her he is going to revert back as per his availability
But I am not very sure about the validity of her statements given her tarck recordin the past
