Meeting on Monday 23rd Dec with COO

Dear All,

As discussed with Manisha,CRM head, she is fixing a meeting with Mr.Prateek Ray, COO regarding our issues.

We would be tentatively meeting on Monday around 1pm. I suggest we make a clear draft of all the major points ready with us.Any one of us can carry with us. This would be a formal notice of our grievances being informed to them.We would also take an acceptance of the same by them.

Suggest if Rajesh can draft a sample and share .

Also discussed with Manisha, all conflicting points starting from MOU,floor plan, compensation of Ammenities etc everything will be discussed in detail and final conclusion would be taken.As per their protocol the MD would come into picture if still any problem or confusion persists.Would request all to take out time from their busy schedule and present for this meeting.

Can we schedule the meeting in the evening after 6:30 PM ?  Because most of us will have office and will not be able to attend the meeting.

Hi all,

Instead of drafting the finer points on our own, I would suggest consulting

an advocate to include the points which will have some legal binding.  If 

needed, we would contribute to the expenditure.  Better, do it with all

the ingredients once for all.

My Greetings to all new friends in a group, hope we all are doing fine ( except dreamz's side obviously :) )

Please note that we are meeting Tomorrow at Dreamz Office 11:00 am ..(Sunday-21 Dec)

We all have to be there otherwise things will get postponed and etc
