As discussed expecting following points from Dreamz Side to complete with the discussed deadline. And I expect at least this time deadlines are followed with proper seriousness including reply to this email . (Confirm in front of each point). Otherwise unfortunately we will need to take an appropriate action.
1. Letter head inclusive of points: original Date of Booking, Amenities and carpet area minimum 68% et. This doc should be sent to us with MD sign and stamp by Tomorrow i.e. 13th Jan 2013 (This will be sent to us at our home)
2. Allotment letter you will send by Tuesday i.e. 14th Jan 2013. Call us once it is ready
2. You will make available Dreamz MD Mr. Nayak to Ekdant clients for a meeting to convey our concerns. If you can't do it please mention as so, precisely
3. Floor plan which is shown to us is different than what you have submitted to BBMP for approval. Main concern of ours is that plan is less in dimensions than which is shown to us. In my case you mentioned super-built-up area is 1442 sqft
And we have full right to see that what you have shown to customers and to BBMP, also it should not have more difference.
On the flat area point, you have not yet mentioned break Up of Superbuiltup Area to Carpet area which you were suppose to send before 2-3 weeks. This is extremely disappointing
4. New MOU you will send by Friday i.e. 17th Jan 2013
5. In new MOU, you will mention following points very precisely
a. Project completion date and penalty points if deadline not followed
b. Home loan payment slabs will be based on bank norms totally
