Meeting with MD

Hi Manisha,

This email pertains to our on going discussion with you for last two months regarding our meeting with Mr.Sachin Nayak. We have been following up on this every week. After multiple attempts follow ups the only response which we have got is that he is busy and not in a position to meet us.

I mean being a consumer and having invested money with your company, it is our basic right to meet him in case we have any clarifications regarding the same.

The most disrespecting factor in the whole scenerio is the way you have been trying to avoid our meeting with your MD Mr.Nayak.

Do acknowlege this email and confirm your inability and rather your MD's inability to meet us regarding our clarifications.

The reply just summed up your on going attitude and un professional behaviour towards us.

There are couple of things here :-
1. There was no meeting which was scheduled with pratheek your so called Director....
As it was decided in the last week of december meeting that the FURTHER MEETING WOULD BE WITH AND ONLY WITH MR.NAIK AND NO ONE ELSE.

2. You just cannot come to a conclusion saying all issues are sorted out and some sudden discussion makes conclusion.

Lastly its been two months you have been trying to avoid us and we being very patient and tried co operating with you.

I think its time you understand that going forward if the same attitude continues we actually know the avenues and appropiate authorities in bangalore to reach out for in order to meet MD. Its just that we wanted to go as per your company quorum.

Each and every statement assurances communications of yours are based on pillars of false commitment and wrong informations .

Do confirm us finally that whether you can fix a meeting this month. This email would be treated as formal assurance regarding your and your company s inability and resistance to meet your MD. This would also decide our next step to approach specific bodies in bangalore.

As per meeting with Mr. Prateeth Rai ,Director all the issues regarding the project has been cleared.And MD sir is not availaible in town so the appointment has not been fixed.

i spoke to Imtiaz and he will be sharing draft copies of all the 3 documents (MOU, Sale agrement, construction aaggreement)  by tomorrow afternoon or day after tomorrow.

Snehal - Monday evening Imtiaz told us give him 3-4 days time for draft copy, let them give some time. He will update Chandan ASAP.

 

Guys - As for our Monday group discussion only one member will coordinate with Imtiaz from our group and we decided "Chandan" would coordinate with him and get the updates. If everyone will call him then priority will be change for him. So don't repeat same mistake, which we did earlier with Manisha.

 

Sachin (MD) shared his personal mail id with our group and "Sabuj" will deal with that mail id. Again if everyone will send a mail to him then priority will be changed.

Please let me know if we are wrong.

It was decided that draft copy of MOU will be shared in 3-4 days but sale agreement and Construction agreement copy for which they already have format ready would be shared immediately.
