BBMP Approval Delayed for Ekdanth

Today i got chance to speak to Pooja and i got update saying that BBMP approval is delayed due to elections and expected by May now

Snehal and all,

I believe this way they will never be able to complete the project.

The tentative date given to us was 

15 months from jan,2014 and now they have again came back saying all these excuses.

Hi all

It is a waste speaking to pooja or anybody from crm team. I am constantly following up with imtiaz to get a copy of the floor plan that they have submitted to bbmp for approval. That document is actually imp since we can also get it verified by an architect to know the actual situation.
But as usual they are avoiding to share the same.

Can it be possible for u guys to share the new plan which u had received recently..I know it is available for 2-3 towers but I am sure we can get the clarity.

I still unable to convince myself that these guys have submitted the plan for BBMP approval.Does LP signifies that and give a full confirmation.?
I remember , u told this signifies that they had submitted the soft copy but is their any way to get the confirmation about hardcopy submission..can u pl. teach me some clarity on this or is their any way out to get confirmation on actual BBMP submission.

Just got a call from Pooja that they have received blueprint from BBMP for Ekdant..hardcopy is expecting in next 2-3 days...

As per pooja getting blue print means approval from BBMP .Since its difficult for all of us to absorb or digest any good news from Dreamz,I re confirmed this with pooja whether its true info or any new money extraction or postponing strategy for which Dreamz is famous for, and as per her information , this holds true and pre construction process will be started next week onwards..Rest even I don't know but i am sure that within 1 months of time will have full clarity regarding their intention.thanks

I spoke to Pooja and same information as Aakash wrote is shared with me as well. It seems they can't officially announced the approval is through, until the hard copy is in their hands. The news is more from their agent in BBMP office - I don't think they have any documents to proof the approval !! The story will unfold in next couple of weeks !!

Dear all
The way things are moving dont think ekadant is going to take off anytime in recent future...there is no bbmp approval for the same nor hv they submitted any papers. Going by the same it is not going to take off in near future....
Its better we go ahead with other live project conversion of dreamz or cancellation. 
For same we need to visit dreamz office and get the same clarified.
Its time we all meet tomorow at their office and put extreme pressure on them to get things going.

Myself sobuj and rajesh confirmed.
Others do quickly confirm your presence..we all need to act together now..

Hi Folks,
I got a call from Dreamz yesterday saying that they going to start the construction and asking for some money.

When I asked what about the blue print she told that they are about to get it.

I believe some of you would have recieved the same call. Please plan for this weekend so that we can visit their office and discuss about the progress.

Very few people are in the EKDANT group now..   Most of the people cancelled..
