This is the rebooking confirmation mail on new plan. Pooja confirmed that FLAT-508    alloted for me.

 

I would like to check with Group that everybody should aware of that Dreamz has plan g+5 on the same building.

 

I am not sure how far this informatiion is correct until unless it would not approved by BBMP.

 

 

Snehal: Thanks for discussion. Please check with Pooja ,will the BBMP approve g+5 plan for construction. ?

Snehal - This is breaking cum shocking news to me... :)

It is okay to build one floor extra which they call G+4 (4 is physically fifth floor which one will be illegal)

But having one more is something we should discuss and think upon the consequences  in future

What all say?

You should ask the CRM to allocate something lower than 4th floor.

We all know there are still many flats vacant in 3rd,2nd and 1st floor.

They do not reveal that but you need to tell that you want it in either of these rows.

Even for me they said that to go for 5th then I moved to 1st floor.

You ask the CRM folks about this again and then we will meet again based upon what are they saying.

Hi Kailash,

 

When the new plan was shared with me,i requested for Flat-8 at 1st or 2nd floor,becuase i have booked my original flat on 1st floor only. But due to lack of proper communication of CRM it got extended and now Pooja has cleared me that only 508 is vacant. She said me that Dreamz has sent the approval to BBMP for 5th floor construction. How far it is true,thats only you people can enquire because i am out of India.

 

One conecrn i have now,Pooja told me until unless i will not submit my old MOU then they will not sent me new MOU. I am not sure now what i should do. I am just planning to wait for the real approval. I donot want to deliver my original booking proof to them without any confirmation.

 

Any suggestion will appreciate.
