First of all, we would like to thank you for being with us and for your extended support and faith on us.
On this journey of delivering Dream Home we get clients like you who stands with us though there have been times when we have indulged into conflicts, debates or arguements due to delay in our words and project.
We also get clients who pays handsome amount of money for the flat however stays with us only for short term which shows that they do not trust us! but you have always been our premium customers for a simple reason- ‘being with us’.It’s not only the payment that you have made to us however the belief that you have on us which is important.
Considering your concern we have discussed with our Legal and Licensing dept. keeping management directors in the loop and have concluded some strong decision and plan of action to fulfill commitment given to you.
We are glad to inform you that we are already in process of executing our plans and delivering the commitment that we have promised you.
As per management decision for Ekdant project we are awaiting for the NOC from some of the govt. authorities, it should reach us by the end of February '14. Furthermore the documentation and processing of pre-construction work will take 15 days time, tentatively we are expected to start the construction after 15th March'2014.
We will be highly obliged if you can kindly be with us, we are gradually fulfilling our commitments however we want an extended support from you so that together we can fulfill our dreams.
As this e-mail is a firm message from management’s end, being our genuine client we will definitely fulfill your hope and desire to dwell in your dream home and this is strong commitment from our end to you. On this prospect you can take an example of our clients in Dreamz Om, Dreamz 2, Sangam, Siddhi, Suvidha, Sneh, Shivam and many more whom we have given flat in 12 lakhs, 18 lakhs or maximum of 25 lakh which is appreciated today up to 50 lakhs or more.
Back then being new in the market, facing through tough times with respective competitors we have succeeded in proving our words! then surely we can do now!! and we can achieve this aspect only because of your support and faith that you have on DREAMZ GK FAMILY!!
It will be our pleasure if we can satisfy and fulfill your dreams. Today it might not be your project but tomorrow even your project will commence and progress and at that point even you will feel proud to be part of us. Together we will fly to great heights.
