Regarding the Commitments from Dreamz to be shared on Dreamz Letter Head + Open Items

As you are already aware that from last couple of weeks, we are into discussion regarding couple of important points that we needed to be mentioned as part of MOU.

Below are the list of points discussed

Points	Outcome	Remarks
1) Original Date of Booking to be mentioned in MOU	Original MOU date will be provided on Dreamz letter Head
2) Carpet Area:	68% to 70% carpet area has been commited	Letter should mentioned about the penalty clause if commitment not fulfilled
3) Amenities list that will be provided	Common Hall, Height Adjustable Kitchen, Gym, Supermarket.	Letter should mentioned about the penalty clause if commitment not fulfilled
4) Project completion date	No conclusion yet. Not sure but it was commited that within 14-16 months, project will be delivered	Confirm on completion date
5) Home Loan payment slabs as per the Bank norms	No conclusion yet	Confirm on progress of the same
6) Cancellation amount refeund time line as per old MOU	Agreed the timeline will be 60/90 days as per old MOU. Same will be mentioned in new MOU
7) Allotment letter	Will be shared soon. Some of them already received but many of them still waiting
8) New Floor plan that is sent to BBMP for approval	No one ready to share floor plan. Pointing fingers to each other.	We as a customer have complete right to see the floor plan which is being send to BBMP for approval. Please look into it on priority
9) Most important Meeting with MD	No meeting arranged so far	From last 2 months, no meeting has been arranged. Inspite of commiting that meeting will be arranged between 2nd and 5th of Jan 2014, you were unable to arrange the same

Please discuss with your concerned authority regarding the open items and let us know the updates by tomorrow or else we will be forced to take take different path for addressing the above issues

I did get a reply as manisha has not been able to fix meeting with mr sachin nayak as he is out of station

She had also stated that prateek had solved all our queeries
I had reverted to her mail marking our group.

There is no reply from Manisha.

Below are rectifications to your mentioned points

1. Carpet area is minimum 68% of superbuilt up area. and NOT 68-70%. There is a difference in this two

2. Amenities - Add covered parking and lift.

As there is no mail/reply from Manisha, what to do now.
