Hi All, I got a call today from jhanvi asking for the sale agreement I told her I am out of bangalore and I will be giving her a call after coming back to bangalore. Did any of you received call from her ?

She called me too last week. I told her to send the Draft copy of Sales agreement for Ekdanth, Not yet receive the SA yet.

All,
Did Manisha had setup the appointment?
If not we will again need to go to their office and get this done.
It is pointless talking to Janvi when I realised that they have not yet sent to BBMP for approval.
I think one of our members had the number of Manisha and can we once call her up and ask if they had book the appointment with correct people whom we can talk to.
Please share your thoughts.

As for our last sunday discussion with Manisha(CRM Head) below are the MOM details:

1. Need to mention Booking Date in MOU.

2. Amenities clarification. If they are not able to provide amenities end of the project what will they do. We need written letter or mention in Sales agreement or MOU.

3. Apart from 5% Sales Agreement & 5% Construction Agreement payment. As you know rest of the amount they mentioned 25%, 20%, 20%, 10% & 5% payment slab in MOU. One more point they need to mention in MOU, if second party are going for Home Loan then Rest of the payment will be based on Bank Terms & Conditions.

4. As for our group discussion we will not sign in Sale Agreement paper till BBMP approval.

5. As for discussion with Manisha, she will arrange a meeting with MD.

6. If they will not arrange a meeting, again we will meet on 15th(Sunday) Dec 2013, 11:00 AM @ Dreamz Office.

7. Please call Manisha to get current above mentioned status(+91-7259036587);

Thanks for highlight the points. I would like to add some lines  for discussion
- The new plan is not covered the complete squarefoot of the flat,we may need the complete breakup of area.
-  Excluding Amenities the Price should  final for (2 BHK and 3BHK) flats.and written comunication should happen.
 
Make sure We all are in same page..

Mr. Rajesh,

Thank you and all other members of Ekadant family for the initiative and all the information.
