Friends's tomorrow we will meet on 15th(Sunday) Dec 2013, 11:00 AM @ Dreamz Office.

Please find the attached file and do the appropriate changes based on your query and requirement. Once you done that, attached a print copy with your new MOU and return to Janvi with Date and Signature.

Please take xerox copy once Javi will sign and mentioned that "Customer returned MOU and he need following changes in new MOU".

I have created this format in very short time, If i missed any point please add and update us same.

Hi All,

Would like to share some important information that i noticed in new MOU

i recieved MOU few minutes back and i observed that Plot no 14 is also mentioned. Also, 5% payment for Construction agreement is not mentioned.

Looks like diffferent MOU is being sent to different people. 

Let us all sign the MOU together after comparing the clauses.

Today I have discussed with Manisha and she told me that they couldn’t mention old booking date in MOU. It’s seems like they will play a big time duration game. So we are planning for a legal notice against Dreamz. Let us know your concern on that & if you know any good Real Estate lawyers please inform us.

Can we meet this Sunday and get the things finalised.

They are of course playing a big game with us.

We will meet at the same time 11am Sunday outside Dreamz office.

Plan to come at the office as most of them didn't came last time.
