Dreamz Infra letterhead commitment

Hi,

Please find the content of the commitment which will be shared by dreamz infra on official letter head. Kindly share your view in the contents of this letter, so we can do any modification in the draft copy if required. Once we have an agreement on this we will tell them to send this letter to all of us.

i think we should ask them to add point that if they unable to ful-fill the commitments and unable to deliver, appropriate compensation will be provided.

Dear Snehal,

 

During the last meeting Prateek committed handover within 14-16 months from the date of receipt of the BBMP approval.

 

He even discussed that it will be  mentioned in the MOU & SALE AGREEMENT failing which the Rent payment clause will be effective .

 

Bhusan & Akash were also present during the meeting with Prateek.

I just had a heated argument with Manisha as she has the audacity of saying that Its not possible for her MD to neet all 3000 customers
This is completely unacceptable & she has also expressed her inability to fix up an appointment with Mr Naik
It seems we have to approach Mr Naik directly as Manisha lacks basic decency to speak to her customers let alone fixing up an appointment with the MD
I presume she has been bluffing all thru and we must jointly put a compaint aginst her

Every week on Tuesday i guess i m not sure though dreamz guys have meeting with MD

Lets target to meetup on that day without informing CRM so that we will be able to meet MD directly.

Another point, i just now spoke to Naresh and he will update about new floor plan after speaking to Architect tomorrow

Dreamz folks are not taking anything seriously when though we had so many till last few months.

Till date we are not sure about the floor plan,date of possession or anything.

If anyhow its possible we can meet mr Naik about it in some other way and not through Dreamz folks.

Guys lets us know your thoughts and if this can be done so that at least we know where the ekdant project stands today.

I believe this project is just a scam to get money for other ongoing projects and is not going ko kick in anytime soon.. I think if we want to stay invested in dreamz then we should book in other already started ones.  Just my thoughts and what I have heard from swoprnika builder's known people ..!

Dear all,

Wish you a very happy Makara Sankranti and PONGAL.

We are talking and discussing the issues with only the employees of the Company and not able to discuss with the Managing Director.  The employees are discharging their duties what their employer asked them to do.  If we observe, we have been talking these issues with new persons every time as the employees are bound to change for green pastures.  They are all hired employees and they do not understand the intricacies of a house building or its responsibilities.

Now, it is better to talk to the Managing Director of the Company or any of its TOP Executive who can take decisions and throw concrete light on the project. 

Already, we have blocked large sum for over a year without any improvement or headway in the project.  As per their assurance, the project should have been started last November 2012.  But, still it is not certain when it will take off.
