HI All,Please find outcome of our todays meeting with Prateek and Manisha.1. Since they are not in an agreement to mention Original booking data in MOU , as an alternative they will be providing same information over Dreamz letter head as an Hard copy to entire group.
2. Banks norms and breakup for home loans will be re-looked by prateek himself so that we can end me in an agreement , and draft for the same will be shared in next 3-4 days post which we all will be issued with a new MOU(only if we end up in an agreement).3. All the Amenities going to be provided will be circulating via mail authentication to all the customers.
4. Here on , Construction completion data will be hard coded with some Date(ex. Dec2016) in MOU as well as in Sale Deed. Their will be no provision of 20 + 3/8 months Grace and all in order to avoid further confusion..5. Carpet area will be 68-70% of Super Build up area.6. Sanction Plan has been sent for approval sometime back for which they shared LP (Licence Permit) Number.Currently LP number is based on online submission followed by hard Copy to be submitted in next 4-5 days. Final Blueprint and Approval are expected in next 35 - 40 days along with BBMP seal.Note : 7. All the Dreamz Property will have only Khata B ( No Khata A). Clarified very clearly.This is the case with almost all the Class B builders in bangalore city.

Hi all
I think we are deviating from our initial discussion of meeting mr. Sachin naik.
All other dreamz representatives will keep this discussion going over on and on without any clear solution.
I seriously felt that the amount of pressure we had created...they would have been forced to let us meet the director. They are just trying to avoid the meeting...and we should have ideally not agreed for meeting with prateek or any one else...
We should finally once meet him and draft the major points and get an ammendum or discussion draft signed by him and us.
This way we can a have a final clarity and proper view point....going forward....this would also help take decision for people who may want to cancel .

Hi all
We need to first check with manisha about our meeting with sachin naik.
For this lets meet on sunday around 11 am and ask manisha for our meeting...
As of now inspite of discussing on multiple points lets concentrate on two things :-
1. We need to see the copy of the floor plan that is submitted at bbmp.
2.we need our allotment letter for the alloted flats .this is an imp document which we shud get rite away.
Rest all points take it for sure no one in dreamz except Mr.Sachin will be able to give us clear concrete answers.
So lets wait and fix the meeting till then we can have the meeting points ready ... (after so many discussions)
And would suggest to all that no other meeting with any dreamz executive.
Lets all be on same page.
Looking forward to meet on sunday....
