Hi Yi, this is a great job to initiate our urgent issues and operating
plan.

I have forwarded the message from China rep to you and Jack, which
could help us better understand Sicong's conditions.

We may think about 1) what resources do we have 2) what resources do
the school, teachers, and students need, respectively 3) what
resources can make the most short-term and long-term impact for the
students and the DC program 4) how should we allocate the resources.
Let's discuss the topics before and in the Beijing training session. I
will arrive in Beijing on May 24 and have some early talks with DC
veteran. Hopefully we may have some insights from Huaiyuan and other
guys.

Hi Team,

I leave out a critical note- We need to have teachers engage in our
activities and we need to provide some training for them for supervise
the operation.

I am still thinking as this issue will be slightly more complicated
than the rest.

Around there got stationery shop/supermarket? allow internet
connection?can charge our laptop ?
