Hello
This is to inform every General Body Member about the Annual Election Meeting of AIESEC in Chandigarh where you will elect your Leader for the year 2013.
Annual Election Meeting 2012
Venue: PHD Chambers, Sector 31 A, Chandigarh
Date: 25th November 2012 (Sunday)
Time: 7:30 AM (Sharp)
(As requested by a lot of GB members, we wish to wrap up the day by 11 pm. For this to be possible, please make sure that you arrive on time)
Important:
Annual General Elections is one of the most, if not the most, important event for an LC. It is where the LC decides its future leader and direction. Please read the guidelines below to make sure we are carry through tomorrow responsibly and efficiently:
- It is Mandatory for ALL General Body Members to attend. Members with a serious reason of absence need to seek prior permission from the LCP via email by 6 pm, 24th November.
- All Permanent Members need to be at the venue before time, otherwise they will not be allowed to vote. Permanent members not coming or coming late need to seek permission and give their proxy to the LCP personally via phone call (+91-9815096854) by 6 pm, 24th November
- Breakfast and Lunch, along with tea (during breaks) will be provided at the venue.
- You won't be allowed to enter the venue beyond the given time unless otherwise informed due to a genuine reason.
- The elections are scheduled from 7 30 am till 11 pm (please inform at home accordingly). Given that we get the cooperation from you so as to start on time, we will definitely have the new LCP before 11 pm, and hence you can expect to be let off by that time.
- Please be dressed in super formals.

Read all the manifestos (especially if you are a permanent member). Carry your copies to the election.

Carry Rs. 150 for breakfast/lunch/refreshments which will be provided.
- Its going to be a long day and we will move through it without long breaks. Please be prepared for a long exhilarating day.
- Please carry a small notepad and a pen to make notes during Applicant Presentations.
- Please do not discuss the applicants/applications until the election day.
