"To start up something is tough, to sustain it for the initial parts, even tougher. This position will give you the chance to sustain something, forever. It is a position which shows you the endless emotions of life, but also teaching them to keep them to yourself. You can no longer jump at a first realization, or be screaming and furious at raises being unmatched. You cannot ever say I am sick to attend a GBM, or have a friend to meet instead of an LBM. You can no longer rely on someone to hear your frustration/sadness, you have no voice but your own to call a Decision. You may never know when that ego of yours, which you proudly call a personality trait, demarks you forever, you may never know when not speaking about your feelings correctly, may result in demotivation. To never have an off day from work to never cry about the 8 hour recruitment days, it all falls prettily into two words, "Selfless Leadership". This is something that the LC wants, this is something that this dream will need to realize."
