Dear friends,
I am happy to inform you that the second call for applications to the UN-HABITAT Urban Youth Fund was launched on February 15, 2010.
Kindly help us to promote the second call for applications to the Youth Fund by sharing information about the fund with your network, on your webpage and facebook pages.
The Youth Fund will this year provide one million dollars to projects led by young people aged 15-32 years who are piloting innovative approaches to employment, good governance, shelter and secure tenure. Small development initiatives are eligible for grants of up to $5,000, while larger projects may be able to secure up to $25,000.
The deadline for applications is April 15, 2010. Application documents are available in English, Spanish and French.
