Hello all,

When I apply the pipeline "Align Sections (Misorientation)" and I check the "write alignment shift file", it gives me a file with 6 columns, where the first 2 are obviously the 2 slices considered, but I do not understand why there are 4 columns after that.

Thank you very much,

Jacopo

Dear Jacopo,
    Thank you for the bug report. We will be adding the following to the filter help documentation for DREAM3D-NX:

The user can optionally have the shifts that are generated by the filter written to a file. The format of the file follows:

```console
slice_m slice_m+1 newxshift newyshift xshifts yshifts
slice_n slice_n+1 newxshift newyshift xshifts yshifts
etc...
```

where the `newxshift` and `newyshift` are the shifts from the previous slice and
`xshifts` and `yshifts` are the accumulated shift for the slice.

I hope this helps.
