Pore Size Distribution

Hi,

I have a stack of grayscale TIFF images of a porous materiaL from XCT. How can I use DREAM.3D to compute the 3D pore size distribution?

There is actually a prebuilt pipeline in DREAM3D-NX. If you go to the “Bookmarks” tab, then Pipelines->ITKImageProcessing->(04) Porosity Analysis and load that pipeline you can see the basics of this kind of pipeline. For the example data set though the images were already segmented. You may need to insert other filters to properly segment your greyscale data.

Please let us know if this helps you develop your own pipeline.
