Hello,
You could use the “Crop Geometry” filter to extract out a single slice of data from the model.

Firstly, thank you for your guidance and support. A week ago, I started using Dream3D, an excellent software tool. Currently, I am trying to use Dream3D to model EBSD data. However, I have encountered an issue that has been troubling me for some time.

The model I created based on EBSD data using Dream3D is three-dimensional, which appears to involve an extrusion along the Z-axis. How can I convert this model into a two-dimensional one? Additionally, I would like to know how to control the element size in the generated .INP file.

Thank you once again for your time and assistance.
