Dream3d hangs when packing primary phases

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to generate a synthetic structure using dream 3d from experimental data. I have followed the example pipelines, and gotten everything set up, however dream3d just hangs when the pack primary phases filter is running. I get no errors or no indications of failure or progress. The program just stops. I've let it sit for 20-30 minutes thinking it may be stuck computing something, but nothing happens. Does anyone have any suggestions on what may be happening?

The pipeline output is copied here, and the json save is attached as well.

Could you send the entire pipeline? I need to know how many features are getting created and a few other details. Also what version of DREAM3D are you currently using and on which operating system.
