Delete small grains/twins

Hi all,

I am using insert transformation phases to insert twins into a microstructure, however some of these twins only have 5-15 elements in them. I would like to delete grains under a certain threshold. I attempted to use the filer fill bad data however i am unsure what magnitude I need to type in the minimal allowable defect size and how to make it eliminate the small twin grains. I attempted using this filter but the csv file still has all the small grains still in the microstructure.

Hi,

You should be able to use the "Minimum Size" filter which will remove any features with number of voxels below a chosen threshold: http://www.dream3d.io/Filters/ProcessingFilters/MinSize/
