how to open .json file

hi everyone 

In dream3d help section example is given with the files .jsont i have tried many times  to open that files, but unfortunately cannot be opened. is there any suggestion to open and view these files about learning simulation in dream3d ?

Hello,

You should be able to open any .json file in a text editor (e.g., Notepad++). But you should also be able to load in a pipeline.json file by clicking "File --> Open" in DREAM.3D. Can you post the specific .json file you are having difficulty with? Can you also provide details to the DREAM.3D version you think the .json file is associated with?
