Hi Mike,

I am having trouble with the attached DREAM3D-NX pipeline (version 7.2.0 running on Windows 10). I am trying to read in an .hdf5 data set, segment features, and then compute feature data such as shapes and which features are at the surface. The "Compute Surface Features" filter crashes because of error code -4831: "Cannot resize array at path 'Geometry/Cell Feature Data/SurfaceFeatures' to tuple shape [75] because the parent is an Attribute Matrix with a tuple shape of [76] which does not match." The attached .csv file has an erroneous final row of data with "=-nan(ind)". I *think* this may be with how I set up the pipeline, but I am unsure. As a note, I recognize that FeatureIds=1 is just the matrix phase in this data set of inclusions. Can you please take a look? I included the .dream3d file because I am unable to upload the entire .hdf5 data set that is read in filter 2.

Best regards,

Dear Kris,
You should be able to add a dummy line for FeatureId=0 as the first line of data which will help but I’m not sure will completely fix the issue. After debugging through the code I believe I have isolated the issue and have a local fix. It will have to go out in the next patch release due in the next few weeks.

I will see if I can get a new build with the fix so you can give it a test. Here is a screenshot using your data with the corrected algorithm:
