About statistical characterization of microstructure reconstructed from serial sectioning ebsd data for synthetic microstructure genereation

Hello everyone, does anybody knows how can we generate the statistical data using the microstructure reconstructed from serial sectioning ebsd data for synthetic microstructure (statsGenerator)?

Dear Bibek, 

    There is an included pipeline in DREAM.3D Version 6.5.171 that is called “(06) SmallIN100 Synthetic” that shows a pipeline that does what you are asking. In order to run that pipeline you will need to run ALL other pipelines in order from the “EBD Reconstruction”, “EBSD Statistics” and “EBSD SurfaceMeshing” preset pipeline folders.
