Synthetic microstructure from EBSD Data

Hello,

I want to generate a synthetic microstructure of 12mm length by merging 5 EBSD Scans. Each scan coves 3mm length and (3mm*5=15mm) but there have some overlapping. So I have to merge 5 EBSD Scans with removing overlapping to generate 12mm length. So to do that, which filters should i include in the pipeline to generate this? Can anyone give proper suggestion?

Please search the forum for such posts and let us know if you have any specific questions. You may be interested in the prebuilt IN100 reconstruction pipelines within DREAM.3D version 6.
