Creating microstructure based on multiple EBSD(.ctf) scans

Hi, 

Please, could you guide me to create 3D microstructure based on multiple EBSD scan which is in format of (.ctf). So the filter should be compatible with [Import Oxford Instr. Ebsd Data]

The general process is the same as the Prebuilt Pipelines->Workshop->EBSD Reconstruction.

Except that in the very first pipeline (01) Small IN100 Archive you would substitute your ctf files.

Then in the subsequent pipelines you would use the .h5ebsd file that was created from the first pipeline.
