How to alter the EBSD file?

I have the Oxford EBSD file openned by Notepad ++ like the first figure, now I need to convert this file to TSL file like below. Anyone knows how to change the format or use any filter to fulfill this. Thank you!

You might be having a CTF file. Open this CTF file in TSL-OIM software then save it as a *.ang file.
