Hi Praveen,
Are you referring to using the deform software (
http://www.deform.com/) or DREAM.3D (
dream3d.bluequartz.net)? This group is for answering questions about DREAM.3D, and since I have no experience with deform I can't really comment on how to export files out of it to visualize in ParaView.
If you are asking how to export an STL file from DREAM.3D that can be visualized in ParaView, then the process begins by surface meshing your microstructure. The tutorial provided in the DREAM.3D help manual (which can be accessed by going to the Help menu and clicking on DREAM.3D Help, then navigating to tutorials) explains how to generate a surface mesh. Once you have a suitable surface mesh, you can export the meshed features as STL files by using the "Write STL Files from Triangle Geometry" filter. These STL files can be visualized in ParaView.
Currently, the public builds of DREAM.3D do not have the capability to read or write deform files directly.
