Dream3D to Abaqus .inp files

Hello Mike,

I have a DREAM.3D microstructure, and I want to export it into .inp files for abaqus 2019 simulation. So I added a filter named "Creat FEA Input Files" in the last Pipeline,but the Dream.3D closed automaticlly after clicking the Start pipeline. And it seems to run at the last pipeline, could you please help me fix this?

I am using windows 11 and I am using the dream 3D version 1.2.828 can you just suggest a pipeline to get Abaqus .inp files as output from .ctf files or .tiff files.

You could read in the CTF files, segment the grains using the misorientation segmentation, then export the Abaqus file. There is a lot left out of this basic pipeline that you should explore in the areas of reference frame correction, data cleanup, but this will get you started.

Also, DREAM.3D versions start with 6.5 or 6.6 and can be found from the “About DREAM.3D” menu item.
