how to segment a pore network by network size (per pore) using colors in a color bar

Hello Dream.3D and Paraview users. 

I have a lot of micro-ct data from rocks that I already have the definition of porosity and permeability. But now, for my master's degree, I want to define the pore size in a pore network.

Image 1 is what I did. Image 2 is WHAT I WANT TO DO. Can someone help me? Show me how I can do this

Try using the Euclidian Distance filter on the segmented structure. Then color by that value in ParaView? Maybe?
