Who should be in charge of updating our constitution and informing ASB? Should I leave what I got?

1. WHS IDEAS is a club that exists to provide undocumented students with the resources and support needed to ensure their retention I'm higher education.Create an environment on campus that is friendly to undocumented students and allies. Educate faculty and administration about the issues affecting undocumented students if they are not already aware.

2. Membership will be given to the people that believe In our cause and want/need help to get higher education.

3.Meetings will be held in room L211 every Wednesday after school starting at 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

5.Duties include
Pres.:
V.p:
Secretary:Taking notes for each club meeting. Keeping tabs on all the members. Create a database of members
Treasury/Fundraising:In charge of managing all fundraisers for the club. Deals with associated student body when putting on fundraising events
Ourstorian:In charge of developing a timeline of the history of the club. Capturing the events on campus through pictures or video. Develop organizations newsletter.
Outreach:In charge of putting on events around campus to promote the cause, raise awareness, recruit new members.
Policy:In charge of keeping organization in touch with political developments, events of outside organizations.

6.Elections will take place in the beginning of the new year. The first meeting, we will provide the positions and the jobs that come with it.The person should give a speech on why or how they will do in their positions the next meeting. The club members will then vote and the majority will win.

7.If the club wants to make changes people will vote and if majority wins then the change will be made. The Ourstorian will update the constitution and the Outreach will be in charge of informing ASB of the change.
