:URGENT: Pre- Janmashtami service distribution

Hare Krishna,

Dear devotees.

Please find attached herewith the day wise service distribution for all the devotees (for remaining days, Pre-Janmashtami).

URGENT:

I request Ponarasu pr and Suranjan pr to collate and make KV school participants and winners list because certificates have arrived at Alok pr house. As per checklist attached, all the certificates (winners+participants) shall be ready by 6 Sept 13. 

Participants and winners list for KV to be given by following devotees by today:

a) Coloring/Drawing - Radha Agarwal mataji, Karthikeyan pr, Lakshmi mataji

b) Story/Essay - Kartikeyan pr, Aswani pr

c) Quiz - Ponarasu pr, Durgaprasad pr

d) Sloka and Devotional singing- List already ready. Alok pr will forward the list to Ponarasu pr.

All the above devotees shall submit the soft copies of this list of winners and participants in excel format by today. Ponarasu pr & Suranjan pr to coordinate.
