Delete Flag Fix?

Hi all, 

Does anyone know if the issue with the deleted_flag not being set on Appointments both recurring and individual that were deleted ever get fixed? We always get False in our response even if the appointment was deleted. 

I can't seem to find release notes or schedule for releases.
