Not Getting Custom Demographics in Response When Patient Create Webhook is triggered

Hi,

When i create a patient and a hook is triggered. I am not getting custom demographics array in the response. some time i get one value but most of the time empty custom demographics and have remaining patient detail in response.

This is 4 line copied from response

"patient_photo_date": null, 

"custom_demographics": [],

 "patient_payment_profile": "Cash", 

 "patient_status": "A",

  
Can anyone help me on this??

The webhook object should return the custom demographics for a patient if there are any. Can you confirm that a call to the patient endpoint for the specific patient is returning different results in the custom demographics field?

I am not calling any endpoint. I am triggering webhook on patient create. See the attached image.

And some time in the response I get custom demographics and sometimes no value.

I understand you are not calling an endpoint, but to help troubleshoot could you call the endpoint to determine if the object from the webhook and the object from the endpoint differ?
