Hello,
We have seen success with integrating appointments through our product to Dr.Chrono through an API. However it seems like when an appointment is marked as "rescheduled" it will now allow an appointment to be scheduled in the same time. When our team goes to dr.chrono to schedule it works without error. Is there a setting we need to review to allow rescheduled appointments to act as "cancelled".
The integration error we are seeing is: {"error":"Appointment overlaps with APPOINTMENTID"}
