Hey Team,
Kristen informed me that you all would be adding a new field for the Appointments object, "extended_updated_at", which will reflect if a vitals or custom vitals object within the appointment changes. I just wanted to make sure that the endpoint filtering parameter "since" will catch a change to this new field, so we can be aware when child data has changed since a certain point as well. Without that, we are unable to poll the endpoint and sync our data with DrChrono. Thanks!
