guide to create public drChrono app

Hey Folks, 

i created private app and API integration is also completed, but we want to extend it to public app cause we want to onBoard our customers who are already using Dr_Chrono Practice Management. 

can you please guide me how i can submit request for public app and compliance/ things  required to get Approval for DR_Chrono Public App.
