Change Log endpoint for appointments

Hey there,

I’m currently having issues with the Changelog (audit log) endpoint for appointments. I’m using the following URL:
https://app.drchrono.com/api/audit_log

However, I consistently receive the following error:
Failed API request: 500 - {"timestamp": 1753719534.482236, "error": "Internal Server Error"}

  Does anyone know if there's an alternative endpoint or method to retrieve appointment change logs via the API?
