api/patient_interventions returning empty response

Hello
I am trying to fetch icd 10 codes associated with a certain visit and found that api/patient_interventions api can provide codes for a certain visit.
The issue is this api is returning empty response. The status code is 200. I have all the necessary permissions and access.
can someone assist me on how to make this work?
or is there any alternative on how can obtain icd_10 codes for a certain visit
