api pinging but not verifying

im in the process of setting up an automation and I have everything done based on the docs. When I go to hit the ping button, I can see it on my end that it's talking, but when I do the verification of the webhook, it does not verify. So I don't know what I'm missing or where I could find this information to get this to work. If somebody could help me, that'd be absolutely awesome. Thank you.
