Thank you for the great response to our Fresher Campaign. We are now in the process of testing and scheduling interviews for those fresher who have met the MphasiS bar.
Our next recruitment effort will focus on bringing into MphasiS, talent at the management level. We are looking to hire over 600 employees at the L6 and above level within 10 days. That is a tall task, but I am confident of your support and participation in getting the message out.
The rewards this time around will be as big as before – iPods, Plasma TVs, Cars and CASH! And to make it sweeter, all those employees who successfully referred candidates in our Feb 20 drive and who can assist us in on boarding more employees in this drive will be able to club the referrals from both drives. What does it mean? It means that if you were getting an iPod through the Feb 20 drive and you refer more people this time who join, you could Upgrade to a Plasma, or even a CAR!

This time around, we will be pre-scheduling interviews with each candidate who qualifies, based on their work experience and first round of technical interviews, thus avoiding some of the wait time that was experienced by candidates last time around.
We will complete the scheduling interview by March 19, 2010. So reach out to your friends, family and ex-colleagues – all those people who you know are committed to excellence and will help achieve the results we have set out for ourselves.
