Save/export and display multiple page svg

I'm taking a look at the examples for embedding draw.io and exporting svg.  By and large, everything is working as expected.  The issue that I'm having and am hoping can be resolved is then I save a multi-page diagram and it is re-rendered, only the active page displays.  When I try to re-edit the diagram, I see both pages loaded and ready to edit.  I'm just not seeing the pages after saving.

1. Click on the button to open the editor
2. Add a new page in the editor
3. Save the diagram
1. Only one page is showing
4. Click to open the editor and both pages will be available.

So I'm wondering if there is a way to make sure that all pages of the diagram are accessible outside of the editor.

Or is it the case that only the active page of the diagram will display when it is saved?  I'm hoping that there is a way to get all pages to show up outside of the editor.
