Microsoft office add-ins not working

Hi everyone,

I'm having multiple problems with the Microsoft Office add-ins. I'm using MacOS 10.15.5, Microsoft Office 16.46 (currently the latest version) and the latest version of the draw.io desktop app. 

In Powerpoint, in the Insert ribbon, I can only see the draw.io button, but not the update or edit buttons; changing window size doesn't change this.

In Word, I can see all the buttons, but the update and edit buttons don't work (e.g. if I click edit with the diagram selected I get "No diagrams found in the selection").

Any advice? These features would be really useful to me, so would be great if there is a fix.

Word is OK for me. I'm on latest Word, but MacOS 11.2. I don't have a 10.15, unfortunately.

Do you have a document that reproduces the problem that you can send (sup...@diagrams.net)?

Regarding PP, due to technical limitations, inserted diagrams cannot be updated or edited (hence only draw.io button in the toolbar)
