I saw a network diagram that had a rounded rectangle and the outline was a solid line with small sections of dashed lines. ------- - - - - ---------- - - - - --------- - - - - ---------

Does anyone know how this is done?

You can use Rounded rectangle from General library. Change line and Arc size under Propery/Value as shown in the image.
