Draw IO desktop - File now shows older version - 2 BKP files

Hi All,

I recently started using this tool and put about 8 hrs into a diagram.  Yesterday I went to resume working on the file and it is now pulling an old version of the file.  I see the .drawio file and it shows 5/10 as the date modified date in my file tree even though I had manually saved numerous times since 5/10.  The last I had accessed the file prior to yesterday was on 5/19. I see there are two .BKP files of the same name, one with a 5/10 date and the other with a 5/19 date.  

Can I somehow pull the backup from 5/19 which aligns with the last time I did a manual save?  I did not have autosave on but manually saved by either going to file-> save or clicking the pink bar the pops up "Unsaved changes. Click here to save."  during any changes in the toolbar.  Are there any issues with saving in this tool?

I am on version 20.8.16.

Any help would be appreciated I am trying to avoid having to redo hours of work.
