Hello,

I have created the Visio stencils for Decision Modeling Notations (DMN 1.1) long back, which is using for business decision modeling.

Can anyone help me to add that to draw.io?

Here is the shared link of stencils.

Open the stencils with Visio 2013 or 2016, save again as .vssx and drag and drop that .vssx into draw.io.

Thanks Benson for reaching me very quick.

It is working perfect as you said. The stencils create 3 yrs. back, though I need to update it to latest DMN 1.1 specification. (@See more on - https://www.omg.org/spec/DMN/).

One more help. Can you please guide me on how to add/publish that to default draw.io "Shape" tool (when clicking on "More Shape", and under Section "Business")? I see, already BPMN is there, though missing the DMN piece.

Feel free to reach me anytime, if you would like to discuss this.

David,

I was going through code base of draw.io at GitHub. Can I be a contributor to this repository being Open Source?

Hi Debasish,

Contributions are welcome, but we determine what built-in shapes are in the core product, so if you have a set of niche stencils your better route is creating a library of host that you host and provide users with a URL that automatically loads the stencils.

Thanks,

David
