I want to draw a map of a piece of land, to plan landscaping.

For input I have my own notes with a tape measure.

The fences on the property lines are measured in feet and inches, I have measured the house and gate, etc.

I want to propose flower beds, trees, deck, hammock, etc.

How can I use draw.io desktop or diagrams.net to draw the house 47x32 feet, the shed 10x12 feet, the flagpole 22 feet from the front door, with dimensions scaling as I zoom?
