How to set desired length of all edges

Hi

I have created a large flow diagram from text.

I found that the edge lengths are excessive, and would like to reduce it.

I found this old thread, but it is meant for the online version of drawio, not for its desktop version.

So how do I set the length of all edges in the desktop version?

As an extension of that idea, can I set different lengths for the vertical edges and horizontal edges?
