"Error Loading File" from Dropbox

I cannot open my files saved to dropbox so that I can make changes; I get an "Error Loading File" message. This is the first time I have run into this problem with my dropbox saved files. I had previously saved files to Google Drive, and those are still opening.

What are the exactly steps you are following to open that file?

Can you download the file and attach it to a support ticket so we can have a look?

It's downloaded on my computer, but how do I attach it to a support ticket? And it's all my documents saved in dropbox, not just one. I guess I would send the one that I most urgently need to alter.
