Import x open file with draw.io

Hi

When I import a file, it comes as expected, but if I open the XML file directly with draw.io, lines will be on top of each other. I need to move one item in the drawing for it to "refresh" or something like this.... 

Is this known?

I see that in the XML file, when I declare a new table row, there is nothing that actually tells what is the row position, so I suppose that when we import, it has some counter that knows that the when the second new row statement comes, there was one there already, but not when we open a file using draw.io.

It happens the same between Opening a XML and importing a XML. I am trying to run a python sw to automatically open a XML with DRAW.IO. is there an import command?
